Those 3 little words WILL get your ‘telephone’ ringing off the hook! Just give me a second to explain…
Everyone knows that Marketing is the name of the game. Actually, Dan Kennedy’s ‘Outrageous Marketing’ is it! (As a side note Bill Glazer has an awesome book called “Outrageous Advertising…” that you should check out).
Anyway, here is a perfect example of this kind of ‘Sex Sells’ marketing that I would like you to try.
Next time you go to market a property (online or on a bandit sign, etc…) write this:
SLEEP WITH ME!
3 Bed Home Investor Special
Cash Buyers Only
XXX-XXX-XXXX
Here’s a snap shot of one I’ve used (Note: And the uglier the sign the better…and make sure to hand write your sign)
That tip right there will blow up your phone with buyers! Ask me how I know this ; ;0 )
No go out there, generate some leads, sell some houses, and make yourself proud!

How successful is this advertising? It’s a funny sign, that would catch my attention.
Great idea! I also heard of using this type of marketing in print ads for selling/rent a property, too. Keep those great ideas coming!
