Hi Everyone. Just in case you missed Dr. Oz’s show where he discusses Tap water, go to the following website, Water Wells, and watch a 5 minute video. His shows have become to informative on everything from eating to lose weight, foods to help diseases, acid vs. alkaline diets and all kinds of easy information for us regular people.
Also Readers Digest in their August 2011 had a large article on tap water and acids in these self proclaimed “Energy Drinks and Water” . You are the only one who can control your life. In 1931 Dr Otto Warburg proved that cancer can not live in Alkaline (oxygen) environments.
I am now drinking 9.5 PH Kangen water and I have no more arthritis pain in my back, after just 3 days. How awesome is that? WOW busy summer. Glad to be back in the flow again.
Since vacation I have started Enagic classes teaching students how to use their back office. it is such a wonderful thing. AWeber and Constant Contact can’t begin to compare with our office. Sign ups automatically go into our list, auto responders are already written, all we have to do is say when and to who and off they go.

With the economy the way that it is, how are you doing with your advertising budget? Do you really have a budget set aside just for running your online mlm network marketing business? I would guess, most don’t. I haven’t in the past. I’m now doing just that.
It seems that every where you turn, someone is trying to sell you the use of their mlm mailing list, or they have a cheap deal on buying mlm leads. The question is, “Is it really a cheap deal?” If the list is totally unresponsive, even though you were told it’s a targeted network marketing list, not such a good deal is it? Yet, it’s money that was spent out of the sum that you have set aside to work with.
Money that’s gone forever or you could say stolen. Those lead sites know their mlm list have been over sold and over used but they continue to sell them anyway, using lots of hype to do so.
One big money saving idea that I’ve read over and over and I’m now using in my business, is to start with Free network marketing advertising. Pick your avenue and totally focus on it. Whether it’s forum mlm advertising, social networking, blogging, or posting mlm videos on youtube. Pick one and don’t waiver from it until you’ve totally mastered the entire process to the point that network marketing leads and mlm prospects start to roll in on a daily basis. To where there’s a line waiting to opt in to take advantage of your work from home Offer.
If you completely focus all your attention on learning one technique and master it well, how simple would it be to move on to focusing on a second technique? You are now an authority on one way that works, then writing a mlm blog or submitting press releases or articles about your network marketing business would be a piece of cake, since you have all the information from learning and studying about just one advertising technique.
I will say this in all honesty, it takes a lot of self discipline to keep yourself from hopping from working a little on the blog, then off to post free mlm ads, then shoot over to Myspace, facebook and then off to twitter. My suggestion! TAKE A NERVE PILL!

I know fire ants are picky eaters and any type poison that is effective takes seven feeding steps before the queen receives it. Plus, if the bait is stored in close proximity to any petroleum or fertilizer products they won’t touch it. Contact poisons that are on the market just cause the colony to move away to a new location. You need to kill the queen. A well developed colony can be as deep as 30 feet and spread out some 20 to 50 feet from the mound center… This was documented by studies done in the early 60′s when they were first sited in Southern Alabama.

Pre-Paid Legal Services vs. Private Practice Delivery Model

As Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. (NYSE: PPD) approaches its 40th year anniversary, the legal profession (and industry) in the U.S. is undergoing profound change. As noted in the April 2, 2011 “Report of the Task Force on the Future of the Legal Profession,” sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, there is a “sea change” taking place in the legal profession and in “the value proposition upon which the relationship between lawyers and clients is based.”
Although much of the report focuses on corporate law and major law firms, the industry as a whole is changing. According to a May 5, 2011 Economist story, “Ultimately, lawyering is becoming more of a business than a profession. Some lawyers decry this. Others welcome it. Few deny it.”
Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. (PPD) and the network of independent provider law firms embrace the concept. As the professional and academic debate about the future of “big law” continues, PPD provider attorneys are delivering practical, cost-effective and efficient legal counsel and solutions in a plan-based format for the everyday legal issues that affect members (customers) throughout the U.S. and four provinces of Canada.
Attorneys from among the 38 independent law firms that provide legal services to PPD members were asked to offer their perspectives on the PPD business model and delivery practices compared to traditional, private practice law.
Differences in delivery models
“The private practice and the Pre-Paid Legal delivery models are as different as night and day,” said Jim Merritt, of Merritt, Flebotte, Wilson, Webb & Caruso, PLLC, the Durham, North Carolina-based law firm and PPD service provider.
“The differences in these business models and the way the services are delivered reflect the revolution now under way in the legal services industry. The Pre-Paid Legal delivery model provides for quality legal service at lower cost, increased responsiveness, customer-oriented service and access to the legal system for many who otherwise couldn’t afford it,” Merritt said.
As an example of such responsiveness, Merritt says that 90 percent of the time his firm’s attorneys respond to member calls as they come in rather than requiring a return call to that member. Throughout 2010, PPD provider law firms responded to an estimated 2.1 million member requests for legal services.

Billing is not the issue
“In a traditional law firm, a lawyer is only as good to the firm where he or she works as the amount of billable hours he or she produces. In addition, an initial consultation with a lawyer usually requires a fee,” said Joseph Lombino, senior partner at Lombino Martino, PS, the provider law firm for PPD in the state of Washington. “When a PPD member calls into his or her Pre-Paid Legal provider law firm for consultation, the Pre-Paid lawyer is not concerned with billable hours or money. The focus is directly on the member and how to resolve their legal issue.”
“Simply stated, money does not get in the way of a Pre-Paid Legal member obtaining the legal advice that is required,” Lombino said.

Access to the legal system
Michael Fiffik, an attorney with Welch, Gold & Siegel, P.C., says economic conditions are eating away at the middle-class’s ability to access the legal system.
“We’re seeing more pro se (self) representation in court hearings and it’s not only a growing problem, but an untenable situation,” Fiffik said. “All too often, the justice is producing perverted results because litigants lack access to legal counsel and representation,” he said.

Oh my goodness – Alkalize your Water
I think we just found the Fountain of Youth! John and I have started drinking this ionized alkaline water for 2 weeks now and amazing things are happening in our body.
My husband had a bad bout (ending in surgery) in the hospital and a friend came by after he got home, to tell us “just drink this water, let me know if anything happens”. Tips for Online Marketing in 2011
These are some old Tips I had from an online blog. I find them to be very helpful for us to remember about Social Media.
1) A Biggie: Quit counting fans, followers, and blog subscribers like bottle caps. Think, instead, about people interested in what you do. You are building a group to achieve with you and that actually cares about what you are doing.
2) No Excuses: Learn how to measure stuff, and quit making excuses that is only used by the loser mentality.
3) You want to build: Approach social media methodically, and with the same care that you would any other business investment you make.
4) There is never a right time: Quit waiting for the water to be perfect just start now. It’s not going to be perfect, ever. Do something that makes strategic sense for your business, if it doesn’t work persist and try something new.
5 ) Commitment: Think long term, and commit to it. Give yourself time. Marketing especially Social Media just has to be out there for awhile.
6) Keep Focused on the Dream: Focus on what you are good at. Know the core of your business, and make that the center of your work. Never lose sight of why you are doing this, especially through the amplifier of social media.
7) Mistakes will happen: Recognize that potential missteps shouldn’t paralyze you into inaction. Acknowledge that there are ways to change and recover. Having a plan to pick yourself up is the key, rather than trying to avoid failure at all costs (including stagnation). Quitters never win and Winners Nevcr quit.
