Hello world we are entering a whole year with all the hopes and dreams of doing so much better. Whether it be in love, making money, fixing your home, getting healthy and eating right, or whatever you are going to focus on in 2010.
But first, take a day and just relax. Mull over where you are going and what you would like to do this year. Let your imagination run with it for a while, write your ideas down. After taking that day you will be energized and are ready to buckle down, make your plan and just do it.

Many of us will start thinking about taxes! So lets get those folders under control right now. Out with 2009 and start 2010. Here are some steps to use to get yourself organized and ready because before you know it BAM! it’s March and you have it all stuck together in a mess.
Do this now… Odds are you probably have folders set up for expenses such as phone, insurance, advertising, education, Repairs, etc.
You are all ready to start organizing for 2010 right now:
- - Take all of those folders and just scoot them to the back of that drawer.
- - Place a new folder labeled “2009 or PREVIOUS YEAR” in front of those folders you used in 2009.
- - Duplicate and make new folders for each one and place all of the 2010 folders in front of the 2009.
- - Place a new folder labeled “20010 or CURRENT YEAR” in front of the 2010 folders.
- - Repeat this process year after year.
Now you are ready! Many times in Jan or Feb or more, you might find yourself wanting to grab a receipt from Dec or Nov or earlier. Now it’s no problem and it is all at your fingertips. Don’t you feel great?
